Advised Clayco, Inc. owners and executive team in the creation of CCDI and continuously supported its growth and success with over 500 secondary and post-secondary students construction career development.
Helped St. Louis Police and Fire Chiefs and leadership teams create and continuously grow CAPLE -- Careers and Pathways in Law Enforcement -- and First Responders Camps/Academies serving over 500 youth and work-ready young adults for inroad experience with the St. Louis County Police Department and Fire Departments of Hazelwood, Eureka, Fenton, and more.
Helped Daugherty Business Solutions CEO/Founder and executive leadership create, and scale Access Point for computer coding, tech training, and employment of over 300 young adults and secondary students with living wage jobs in technology.
Since its inception, assisted with creating, growing, and continuous championing of the Regional Business Council's workforce development initiative, STL.works, for awareness, engagement, and real-world work experiences that don't require a degree for over 4000 of youth, youth adults, teachers, CTE educators, and administrators in the region.
